Philly Cheesesteak-Style Stuffed Shells
Shake up your meal planning when you add these Philly Cheesesteak-Style Stuffed Shells to the menu! The easy copycat recipe is a great fusion recipe, as it takes the classic Philly cheeseteak and adds pasta to the mix.
From the blogger: "Philly Cheesesteak-Style Stuffed Shells are made with ground beef, cheddar, bell peppers, and onions with a creamy sauce to drizzle over the shells when they’re done. Philly Cheesesteak-Style Stuffed Shells are another version of our favorite Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes with the filling added to jumbo pasta shells and a quick and easy creamy cheese sauce made from the same pan the meat filling was made in. If you’d like to serve this with a pasta other than jumbo shells, you can also use this Philly Cheesesteak Hamburger Helper recipe, it's another favorite in this house."

Not really sure why, but I have never been a big fan of Philly cheesesteaks. Maybe its just because I havent eaten one that has been prepared the correct way. I have not even eaten one in Philly. I am a big fan of pastas though and these stuff shells do look awesome. I may have to give these a try.

I saw this in the Copycat newsletter. It looks SO GOOD. I can't help but admire this picture. Let's hope my version looks just as delicious. Oh my.
