This copy of PF Chang's Mongolian Beef looks amazing. I love anything with beef, and the bonus of this recipe is it is also quick and so easy. I recently moved to the UK and there is only one PF Chang's in the whole country, and that is about a 4 hour drive south for us. So with this recipe, anytime we want our PF Chang's 'fix', we can make this recipe!

Yum! I love P.F. Chang's! I've tried some of their frozen food options from the grocery store and they don't measure up to the quality at the restaurant, so perhaps this recipe will be a nice alternative to eating out!
