Kathy, a Mexican cheese blend will have four or five different cheeses in it. This is a copycat of a recipe called "Three Cheese Queso", not necessarily a recipe for a three cheese queso.

I haven't made this yet but I would like to. My question is what is the third cheese in the recipe because it's not in the recipe.
