Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemons
- 23 ounces boneless chicken thighs
Instructions

Combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, allspice, chili powder, minced garlic, cinnamon, and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a large container

Add the bite-size boneless chicken thighs and marinate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cucumber-tomato relish by mixing chopped tomatoes and cucumbers with minced onions.

Add the juice of the remaining lemon.
