I am guessing that Zupas is a local to Wisconsin restaurant since I have never heard of it before? Cauliflower is very popular right now. It can be found in many different forms in my grocery stores freezer and it makes a great healthy substitute for some many other higher calorie foods.

I love the Fall. It's that time when we get to take all the vegetables that we've been enjoying all Summer in salads and on Crudites, and make them into wonderful, comforting soups, to warm us as the weather turns cooler.
