This looks so yummy. I usually try to avoid Mexican foods because they are too spicy for my digestive system. I am hoping this one is not because I love soup. I love the extra touches added to this dish of swirling sour cream on top and then adding a tortilla chip strips. It looks just like a dish you would be served in a restaurant.
