So I like garlic but I do not think I like it enough to prepare this with four cloves. From the posts provided here it shows that the chips were a hit but I think I will decrease the garlic for my sake anyway.

Yummy! I just love me some chips. I guess the trick to get this really crispy in the oven to to be sure the potatoes are sliced really thin. These look amazing and all golden brown. I wonder how these would taste with a package of Hidden Valley Ranch sprinkled on them instead of the garlic/vinegar? Humm?

Love munching on chips. Could eat an entire bag by myself. My favorite flavor is salt and vinegar. This adds an added kick of garlic to that mix. This could be an interesting taste treat for me. Ill try it once. I am not a huge garlic eater so I can always just leave that step out.

All the boys in the house, Dad included, were crowded on the sofa waiting for the game to begin and their faces totally lit up when I presented them with these Homemade Garlic Potato Chips. About 20 minutes later they came looking for more so I guess they really enjoyed them, lol!

People often overlook potato chips, let alone how delicious homemade ones can be. I've made them before, and they're fantastic. The addition of tomato sauce in this recipe is super interesting. I'm going to have to try this.
