I love soft pretzels, but never dreamed I would ever be able to make them at home. Thanks to this Copycat Food Court Soft Pretzels recipe I've discovered how truly easy it is to duplicate that terrific snack at home. The use of store bought pizza dough is what sealed it for me, and the technique of just dipping them in the hot water and baking soda mix. This recipe is truly a treasure just for the pretzels, but then you also get the great homemade dipping cheese sauce, what more could you ask for!

Who doesnt love the guilty little pleasures of all the non diet friendly foods available at all of the Mall food courts. Weekends are cheat days though right? LOL I can never turn down the soft and slightly salty pretzels combined with that awesome cheese dip. Love finding this recipe so I dont have to wait. I can have these any time I want now.
