This recipe comes complete with a mini history lesson. Read up if you are not familiar with the famous Waldorf Hotel. I remember my Mom making this dish every year for our Christmas feast. I remember how wonderful the nuts tasted mixed with the sweet fruit. I dont like celery so I leave that out.
