Pico De Gallo
"Pico de gallo made with fresh Marzano plum tomatoes, shallot, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. It's the perfect appetizer, but also makes a great topping on a number of dishes. We love putting it on our Mexican Frittata or using it on taco night. Pico de gallo is a fresh uncooked salsa that typically contains less juice and more chunky fresh ingredients than you often find in many salsas. It's the perfect appetizer if you have the right fresh ingredients available."
