I love using my slow cooker or Crock Pot during this time of the year. I love how easy it is to throw the ingredients in the pot early in the morning and then smelling the wonderful smells throughout the day as it cooks. This recipe is one that has a wonderful aroma and we are hungry by the time it is ready.
