The beef in PF Changs Mongolian beef bowls are so tender and juicy. I dont recommend using flank steak as shown in this recipe because it tends to be a touch cut of meat. I highly recommend getting a better grade of roast and cutting it into cubes. Results are much better. I also like to add a couple of scrambled eggs into my rice.
