If you use a stand mixer to beat ingredients, then you know how irritating it can be when all the ingredients collect on the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl. You end up with bits and pieces that never get fully incorporating into what you are making. New Metro Design created the perfect product to fix this ever annoying, yet common problem. The Beater Blade scrapes the sides and bottom of the bowl while it is beating, eliminating the need to constantly turn the machine on and off.

The Beater Blade comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes to meet the requirements of your stand mixer. We reviewed the blade designed for a standard Kitchen Aid stand mixer. The product is easy to put on, just like the standard mixing blade. It is just as easy to clean either in the dishwasher or with a quick rinse.

The product works because it has patented "wing-system" that is constantly scraping the bowl and incorporating all the ingredients.
