The Ayesha Home Collection Porcelain Enamel Chef Pan is a multipurpose pan from the celebrity chef's new collection of cookware. This pan has a unique construction that uses a variety of materials to create a great pan. I especially love the nonstick interior, coupled with the textured bottom that actually helps brown your food. I like to make chicken recipes in this pan for that reason. It gives the chicken a nice, browned look.  I also love how fast the aluminum pan heats. 



This is a great go-to pan because of the shape and size. At 9.25" wide you can make a variety of recipes. Plus, the pour spouts on either side of the pan make it great for heating soups and sauces because you can easily transfer them to a bowl. I also found the size nice for tossing together a pasta dish or small casserole recipe.
