Trader Joe's Copycat Cowboy Bark

This Trader Joe's Copycat Cowboy Bark is a chocolate bark recipe taken to the next level. Dark chocolate squares are covered with the best toppings imaginable. Sweet and salty meet their match with this cowboy bark. The salty comes from the pretzels put on top which also gives the bark a nice and crunchy bite. Toffee bits, Oreos, and nuts are scattered across the top to create an amazing dessert recipe. A little sea salt sprinkled on top brings out all the flavors. Put a bowl of this on the table for a party and it will be gone in no time.

I have made this for all my kids teachers for years! Pack it into a pretty box or jar and tie on a note - it's always well received! I have to make extra because my kids always want some too.

WOW--I'm quickly thinking of decorated wide mouth mason jars--filled-decorated lids filled with this for neighbors, mailman, teachers etc etc for Christmas gift. YUMMY
