Yay...fried ice cream without any of the frying disasters. This No Fry Fried Ice Cream recipe delivers all of the fun and flavor of fried ice cream without any of the fuss and muss. My first try, I let the ice cream soften too much before making the balls, but that was an easy adjustment. I'm wondering how this will work using Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. I may do that next time.
