There is a bit of prep work and watching the pot to this recipe, but in the end it is all worth it. I also used the angel hair pasta. I always use angel hair pasta even for just simple spaghetti and sauce. It is much more tender than regular spaghetti noodles. My sauce turned out deliciously creamy and I will make this one again.
