I seem to gravitate to recipes by this particular chef and this Kung Pao Chicken Recipe is no exception. She has a way of taking a somewhat complicated recipe and making it well written and easy to follow. This recipe is full of flavor and I look forward to trying it with some of the substitutions recommended, especially the shrimp.

This dish looks really delicious. I've heard of Kung Pao chicken before, but I've never seen it paired with spaghetti. This looks like an easy recipe to recreate.
