Another fabulous chicken recipe and done in the slow cooker. Double ditto. I have never heard of Cafe Rio but this shredded chicken taco looks delicious. My son and daughter make one by boiling the chicken on stove top and it takes a long time. I love that you just put this in the crock pot and come home and it is done. This recipe is great especially for those working or on the go.Instead of that fast food try this. A home cooked meal. So easy and super fast.Or how about a friends and family taco night. Just put in crock pot and they will think you slaved all day. I like. How about you?
