Carrabba's is by far my favorite Italian chain restaurant. They have better quality food than the other Italian chain restaurants that I've tried. However, the only one within a reasonable distance to my home recently closed down. I am so happy to be able to try this recipe at home, since the chicken marsala was one of my favorite things on the menu!
