The Best Homemade Granola Recipe
"Start with preheating your oven at 150°C (302° F). In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until everything is mixed. In a small saucepan mix together the coconut oil, tahini, and honey. Melt at medium heat and stir constantly. Once this mixture is nice and runny, add it to the dry ingredients. Now mix this well again. It has to be sticky but not too wet. If you feel the mixture is too dry, add more melted coconut, tahini, and honey. If it is too wet, add some more oats or shredded coconut. Spread your granola evenly on a sheet of baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes but keep an eye on it because it burns easily! Wait for it to cool down completely, then break it into clusters and enjoy with some yogurt, almond milk or just as a snack!"
