Whether it's pancakes or omelets on the menu, nothing completes the meal quite like a batch of homemade breakfast sausages. What's great about this recipe is that you can freeze the sausage patties in a plastic bag, with layers of waxed paper in between each, and they'll keep well for up to 6 months.

Im not a big breakfast eater, and I usually try to eat just something light and less than 200 calories for first thing in the morning. I usually save my high calorie meal for the afternoon so I have time to burn it off. I would definitely use this as a breakfast for lunch meal. Looks so good. Now, Im hungry.
