Spicy Chicken and Waffles Recipe
Your favorite Southern comfort food with a spicy twist.
When looking for the ultimate comfort food, it's no surprise you'd turn to something tried and true like a hearty plate of chicken and waffles. But what about something with a little more pizazz? This spicy version brings you everything you already love about fried chicken and waffles but with a little kick of heat from a blend of maple syrup and Tobasco sauce to really make your brunch a memorable one. This is a great recipe to make when you want to spice up your old breakfast or brunch routine and bring something new to the table that is a little unexpected. Make sure you have regular maple syrup on hand for those who want to keep their chicken and waffles experience traditional.

This looks so yummy. Its getting close to lunch time here and my stomach literally started growling after seeing this pic. My system cant take spicy food so I will be making a milder version of this for myself. Im not sure where or when the tradition of chicken and waffles started, but they are a perfect match.

I've never tried chicken and waffles. Knowing that this has a little kick to it, I'm actually excited to have my first chicken and waffles adventure.
