Bisquick Donuts
There are so many great uses for Bisquick baking mix, including these Bisquick Donuts. With only three ingredients, this homemade donut recipe is super simple. Don't worry about the frying process--it's not nearly as difficult or as messy as you might think. In reality, you'll have a batch of deliciously golden and fluffy donuts to enjoy! When the Bisquick donuts come out of the fryer, you can toss in powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar, or top them with your favorite icing and sprinkles. These homemade donuts make a delicious dessert, special breakfast, or sweet afternoon snack.
Notes
Remember that if you run out of baking mix, you can always whip up an easy Bisquick substitute to use in this recipe!

I've always shied away from frying donuts and the like, but this recipe is actually easy and well-written enough to where I would definitely give it a go! It's also a perfect way to surprise my wife one morning. )
