Dole Whip Creamy Pineapple Popsicles
"Dole Whips are the magical Disney treat found in adventure land at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. As a local, we get to enjoy these treats pretty regularly, but for those of you who don't have Mickey a hop, skip, and jump away, this Dole Whip Creamy Pineapple Popsicles Recipe is the perfect pick-me-up until your next visit. I recently had the extreme pleasure of traipsing around Disney with a group of blogging friends (no kids!), and the Dole Whip stand was one of our first stops! Mmmmmm, I'm so excited to have these popsicles in the freezer now so the whole family can enjoy at any time."

OMG! I can not wait to try this recipe. I think the concept is genius and I am wondering just how yummy it would be to add a little coconut to the mix?

How easy can a Popsicle recipe get? I think these look great and because I just simply adore pineapple I am sure that it will be just as tasty. I have some really inexpensive molds that I use for the kids and I think I will give this recipe a try.

Mmm, these look great. I would have thought the recipe used pineapple juice. I was pleasantly surprised to see it calls for crushed pineapple. I wonder what substituting lime juice with lemon juice would do. I have everything here but the limes. Has anyone here tried this with lemon instead?
