For me there is nothing better than the simple, rustic flavors of my ancestors. This Copycat Carabba's Sicilian Chicken Soup recipe is rich in the traditions of my Sicilian relatives. I think Carabba's copied it from them...either way, this wonderful recipe is simple to make, full of flavor, and is truly comfort food at it's best. I like sprinkling a little parmesan cheese on top...Yum!
