Here is the copycat recipe to the one and only Sizzler cheese toast. This Copycat recipe is cheesy and delicious. Lunch or dinner, you can make this cheese toast whenever you want. The melted parmesan cheese on top of the buttered bread melts in your mouth. Try it with a bowl of soup and you will never be able to eat soup without it again. Try making the cheese toast for others and you can sure bet they will be asking for "more cheese please."

Both Sizzler and Bonanza/Ponderosa Steakhouses are rare to find in this area of the country after being quite prolific back in the 80s and 90s. The cheesy toast looks wonderful, and I think it would be great with a salad. Someone suggested sprinkling some garlic powder over it, and I like that idea. I love garlic bread anyway, and this is a really simple version of it.
