Easy “fried” Rice
"Do you like fried rice as a side dish but never have made it at home as you think it would be too hard, too greasy, not as good as take-out? Let me totally change all that for you with this Easy “Fried” Rice recipe. This recipe is simple and quick and deliciously homemade! My hesitation to make fried rice at home is that I don’t really like fried rice, it seems to get hard so quickly, it is greasy, not fluffy and kind of blah compared to the other dishes. Fried rice doesn’t have to take center stage and shouldn’t but it should be a good side to go with the rest of your dinner. "
