I made these the other night what a great tasting mess they were. I ended ups using tongs to coat the shrimp instead of my fingers. My fingers had more coconut on them then the shrimp. LOL Using tongs was so much better but slower. The shrimp came out great though. I need a great sauce to go with them. I ended up mixing horseradish and ketchup with garlic power to make a dipping sauce. All in all this is a great recipe that I will be doing again. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.

I totally forgot about this shrimp. I remember it being so delicious at Joe's! Unfortunately, there isn't one too close by. I'd love to try this recipe. Definitely going in my recipe box!
