I have been trying to make fried shrimp for years and gave up because the breading did not stay on right. I am so happy to see this recipe so I can try it again. Never seen brown sugar in a fried shrimp recipe. Never tried the fried shrimp from Joes crab shack and there is no longer one near us but we all love shrimp and when you go order it at a restraunt it is so pricey and you do not get much. I will have to have a fish and shrimp fry with my kids and grandkids because they all love fried shrimp. Something new and delish. Anyone try this?
