This looks like a very yummy sandwich, and although she states that she freezes sandwiches all of the time, I am leary about doing so. I would prefer to just freeze the sandwich fixings and then thaw when needed to serve over fresh bread. Also she never states how to slice the steak and would like to see some pics of that.

Don't you just love a delicious steak dinner cooked up with the ease and convenience of Oven Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches. This recipe is so easy to prepare, and I love that it uses real steak, and not sliced roast beef. The flavors are terrific and authentic to Philly Cheesesteaks sandwiches, and they are dinner sized. I like serving these with french fries for a complete meal.
