This crazy breakfast recipe is one of my all-time favorites. I have to admit...Mickey D's breakfast is guilty pleasure number one. I just can't help myself. You can enjoy one of the most unique tasting treats around with this Homemade McDonald's McGriddle Recipe. It's your standard breakfast sandwich, with pancakes serving as "the bread". It's a little sweet, a little savory, a little everything. It's an indulgence, but it's amazing to enjoy every little once in a while.

Admittedly, this is a guilty pleasure of mine. If I need a quick breakfast, and I don't have time to cook my own, I usually buy one of these. I'm thrilled to see I can duplicate these!

True confessions: I am not a big fan of McDonald's, nor fast food breakfast items. HOWEVER the idea of making this at home is very, very appealing. I would totally make this!

Looks just like the real thing! I don't always trust the ingredients of "fast food" restaurants. I like the idea of making this at home with quality ingredients instead of going to the drive-thru.
