Fromager d'Affinois makes some of the world's finest cheeses. This sampler with three of their most popular varieties is divine. Their signature Fromager d'Affonois Double Crème cheese, their Fromager d'Affonois Bleu cheese, and Saint Angel cheese are all worthy of awards.

The signature Fromager d'Affonois Double Crème cheese is delightfully creamy. The super soft cheese is great for spreading on a cracker or fruit. It was so creamy that it was almost like spreading butter. The flavors are not at all overpowering like some of the stronger cheeses. 

The Fromager d'Affonois Bleu cheese does not shy away from its bleu cheese flavors. If you like rich and fragrant cheeses, this is perfect for you. It can be enjoyed on crackers or crumbled up into a salad. 

The Saint Angel cheese was great, mild cheese that everyone will love. It is creamy, but not like the Double Crème. The subtle and nuanced flavors are just right.
