This Vacu Vin Cutting Board and Tray is a great multi-purpose item for your kitchen. The wooden cutting board rests above a clear tray for storing all the waste while you get chopping. This versatile board keeps you organized and your kitchen clean while getting all your meals prepared. 

Whether it is the onion peel or an apple core, most fruits and vegetables produce lots of excess waste. Some vegetables produce so much waste that you have to throw it all out after almost every cut. This can be incredibly irritating if you are trying to cut up a lot of ingredients. With this board, instead of constantly going to the trash, allows you to store the vegetable discards in the tray that slides out from under the cutting board.

The actual cutting board is made from high-quality bamboo wood. Bamboo is a great material for cutting boards because it is more resistant to moisture and stays naturally cleaner than most wood boards. The 12 x 15-Inch board is a nice size for cutting almost any ingredients. 

The tray and board rest perfectly on counters. The bottom has non-slip rubber feet which keep the board from moving around while you chop. If the cutting board gets too dirty, simply turn it over and use the other side! I loved the total functionality of this cutting board. Clean up is much easier when half the work is already done!
