Stephanie Manley is known as the master of all things copycat. Her blog is a go-to source for great recipes inspired by your favorite restaurants across the country. Her recipes are always easy to follow and her pictures are mouthwatering. Her latest cookbook entitled Copykat.com's Dining Out at Home 2 is filled with some of her best recipes yet. 

This cookbook covers how to make recipes from all kinds of restaurants, from fast food to fine dining. All the big national chain restaurants make an appearance, including Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel. The cookbook is divided into chapters based on what kind of dish it is, from drinks to sauces to desserts. The index is divided by each restaurant. We found having the option to find a recipe from a particular restaurant versus for a particular kind of dish extremely helpful. There are useful tidbits throughout the cookbook, including an icon guide that tells which recipes are quick & easy, spicy, etc. This cookbook will walk you through each recipe in a clear and insightful way.

 

These copycat recipes were developed for any home cook to make in their kitchen. We found the recipes easy to make and extremely delicious. We made Copykat's Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits (pg. 210) and they were just as good, if not better than the restaurant version of the biscuits. They lasted about 30 seconds in our test kitchen. This cookbook is truly a great resource for all cooks.
