They were very easy to rinse clean. Although the design reminds me of an old-school bistro or bakery, you can use these for any kitchen purpose.



There are grips on the bottom of these bowls, which keeps them from sliding around when you're putting some arm muscle into mixing. If you have an electric mixer, it will take less effort to hold everything in place.
