This Copycat Bacon 'N Ranch Potato Salad is SO delicious. The dry ranch dressing mix and the Hickory Bacon and Onion dressing really give it a depth of flavor that you don't normally find in potato salad. Of course the flavor that the bacon adds goes without saying. Round it all out with hard boiled eggs for a little extra flavor and the creaminess of sour cream, and you have a potato salad that you can be proud of.
