Ingredients
- 4 Sprigs of Thyme
- 6 Mint leaves
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 bottle white wine
- Ice Cubes

In a mixing glass or shaker, gently muddle the thyme, mint and the lime juice.
