Wow, two of my favorite things, POKE CAKE AND RED VELVET CAKE! I am thrilled that I found this recipe today. I can make it tonight and have it ready for a 4th of July family picnic. We love red velvet cake at my house. Somewhere along the way, it became our favorite type of cake.
