I just love desserts and cupcakes are one of my favorite. Who does not like individual snacks. As a retired school teacher, back when I started teaching I would make these for my kids. Then when it became a necessity to have store bought I was out of the cupcake making, for my class at least. I am retired and I still like to dabble a little.

These DC cupcakes look so tempting. I have to admit I am a frosting junky and even though I love the cupcake, I like more frosting than cupcake - lol. The directions for these are really simple and I just have to give them a try just because I was born in DC. Thanks for sharing.
