This is in the oven as I type! I changed it to make it more diabetic friendly. I used a gluten free cake mix and changed the powdered sugar to Truvia only using 4 tablespoons. This is not an "equal" sweetener and since not using sugar, we prefer tasting something more than just sweet. So anxious to try this. Has anyone else adopted recipes with wheat gluten free and sugar substitutes. I don't use chemical sweeteners but prefer natural like above mentioned and stevia. Thank you for sharing such great recipes!!!!
