and no, the resipes in the link are not copycats. Arn't even close. The thin mint reipe is a fully modified "healthy" mint flavored thin cookie dipped in chocolate. NOT a copycat recipe for a girl scout thin mint. For something close try the Keebler grasshopper cookies. About as close as you can get.
