Oh my Gosh! I love this recipe for Homemade Copycat Pecan Sandies! This is one of my go to cookie recipes! Pecans tend to be expensive here in the North, so I have used walnut meats and they taste great. I make these with pecans when I can find them at a good price. This cookie comes out nice and crisp on the out side and chewy on the inside. Great served with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.
