One of my favorite things on the buffet at Golden Corral is the Bourbon Street Chicken. I could probably make a meal of that alone. I'm fairly sure the Bourbon in the name is an homage to the New Orleans' Bourbon Street and not an actual ingredient, but I do want to try this recipe and see how it compares to the restaurant version. I'd probably go ahead and use chicken breast when making this since I'm not overly fond of dark meat.
