I made these on the weekend and my family cant get enough of them! They are incredibly sticky to work with. We were having a heat wave and it was so hot in my house that even having them in the freezer for quite a while beforehand wasnt a lot of help. I ended up rolling the coconut mixture into balls to dip in the chocolate. It was the only way I could keep them from falling apart in the heat of the kitchen. I doubled the batch and made some of it up in a glass pan as well. I layered chocolate, then the coconut mixture, then more chocolate. Then I dusted the top with a bit of loose coconut. They were delicious!
