I love that this can be made the night before and eaten the next day. It would be perfect if you were working late some evenings or a big group are coming for lunch it can be done beforehand so you can focus on other things. Can this be frozen as well?

This dish makes enough to feed twelve people which makes this a great item to serve at a brunch when you have guests over for the holidays. Also a great dish to take to a covered dish brunch because it looks like it would travel well. It looks very yummy and it is full of all the favorites for a breakfast casserole.
