Korean Ground Beef

This looks so good. I am so glad to find a Korean dish that is not too spicy for my family. I cant wait to try this. The wilted slaw will be a new taste experience for us as we generally use rice as a base to Asian-style foods that we make and eat. I may substitute the ground beef for a healthier choice such as ground chicken.
