Onions rings are the best. I love them but they can be such a hassle to make at home. Preparing an onion is this fashion will cut down on the time in front of the stove with small batches. Cross your fingers because I am going to try this one.

My all time appetizer is the Outback blooming onion because they are so delicious. I can recall when there was a gadget made to help you cut the onion like a bloom to make these but my issue was probably the seasoned flour and batter mix was a fail. I just have to try this recipe.

Wow. These blooming onions are a great appetizer for anytime and this recipe on how to make it and the dipping sauce are so super easy and takes no time at all. This would be a great crowd pleaser . I like my blooming onions and sauces. Anyone make one yet?
