I absolutely love these Copycat Granite City Idaho Nachos. I've never had the original so I can't compare them, but who cares. These Nachos are so versatile and easy to make, and delicious. I have served them as a side dish with dinner, I've had them for lunch, but one of my favorite ways to serve them is with two fried eggs on top for a special Sunday morning breakfast...YUMMY.

Now this is my kind of nachos. Instead of using tortilla chips this recipe uses waffle fries. I love fries. I cant wait to try this recipe. It has all of my favorite ingredients. I will add black olives also because I love those too. This is one I am not going to share with my family. Its all mine.

I love Granite City, and I love nachos. I can't say I've ever had Granite City's nachos, but there's a first time for everything, right? This will be delicious. )
