I don't know if this is like Olive Garden's soup, but it looks pretty good just on its own merit! I love hearty soups, spring, summer, fall, and winter. I freeze individual portions after I make a big batch, so it's handy when I need something quick and easy with no mess.

G'day! Whether this is authentic or not, I really enjoyed this hearty soup and made my own marinara sauce with chilli, so there was no need to add extra chilli. I will take the above reviewer's advise to add cumin next time. I did find the 2 3/4 quarts of beef broth too much and cut it back to 8 cups/2 liters and found it was more than enough! A definite keeper for me!

I think this is not an authentic recipe, my grandmother, father and Aunts + a great italian chef on foodtv does not put 2 different kinds of beans and all the vegetables olive garden does
